Linatex LinaValve DV
Linatex LinaValve DV is a pneumatic or hydraulic operated, enclosed and Linatex premium rubber lined pinch valve designed for effective control of abrasive and corrosive flow media. When coupled with the proper instrumentation and pressure application, the LinaValve DV provides both efficient modulating flow control and drip tight shut off. The LinaValve DV is suited for harsh, highly abrasive flow control applications in liquid-solid slurry and gas-solid pneumatic conveying services where long valve life and low maintenance are desired. With its unique Delta shape and subsequent low pressure differential to close, a minimum of closing medium is used which results in lower operating costs.

Construction
- Heavy-duty cast half bodies assembled with high quality fasteners.
- Two piece vulcanized pinch liners are reinforced with multiple layers of high tensile strength fabric cord.
- Premium quality abrasion and/or corrosion resistant rubber lining on liner’s interior surface; ozone, oil and UV resistant outer cover.
- Body end flanges are compliant with ANSI Class 125/150 lb. standards.
